How do I get tickets?
Start from Get Tickets. Ticket sales are processed through Screeny's ticketing provider, Tixr, with Stripe handling the payment.
How do I find the showing nearest me?
Screeny's premiere finder resolves showings by location. The premiere currently listed, The Cosmic Roommates: Garbage Day with Jake Carlini, screens in 23 cities nationwide on 22 October 2026.
My city is not listed. Can I request one?
Yes. The premiere finder has a "Request a premiere" form where you can tell Screeny which state you would watch in.
Can I get a refund?
Ticket purchases are final unless the event listing says otherwise, so there are no refunds for a change of mind. If Screeny cancels an event entirely you receive a full refund of the ticket price within 14 days, although Tixr service fees are non-refundable. If an event is rescheduled your ticket stays valid for the new date, and you can request a refund within 14 days of the announcement by emailing support@screeny.com.
Can I resell or transfer my ticket?
No. Tickets bought for Screeny events cannot be resold, transferred or redistributed except where Screeny or Tixr expressly permit it.
